September 28th:Rules to follow while “traveling” - Stefan Baer
Back in 1989 when I was 16 (yes, I’m that old already!) I went to see a show called “On the go”. It was like watching a game show, and while I don’t remember most of it, I’ll never forget the four rules that were presented to us. I’m going to talk about them and how I feel that perhaps, if we decide to analyze them and philosophize a bit, we might discover that those “rules” are “deceivingly simple.” i.e., there’s “more than meets the eye”. Just something I thought of about a year ago. Oh, and if you just can’t wait, the four rules are: 1) Stop, look, and listen 2) Walking is travelling 3) Never bother the driver 4) Respect your fellow travelers. And yes, they each can have more than one meaning…Oh, are we going to have fun! I just can’t wait…
